Complete Periodic Maintenance of the welding Set by way of draining of Old Engine Oil, filter set and Top up of New Engine OIL: 15W40: 5 L, filter set; 1 Set, Checking of V- belt and tightning of nuts and bolts, Greasing of generator whereever is necessary, replacement of water hose piping, replacement of zinc protective plugs,injector servicing and nozzle cleaning. complete servicing of diesel fuel pump including dismantling ,cleaning.calibration,replacement of worn out parts,reassembly,testing for proper fuel pressure and engine performance and ensure smooth operation, Checking and resetting of valve clearances. Radiator cleaning , Lubrication of starter. Cleaning of exhaust piping and fuel tank,Replacement of damaged electrical wiring with new wiring. The job includes cost of material, labour and taxes.
