| 1 | M&L for disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing, of refrigerators of 165 to 340 litres capacity including cleaning the cooling coil, air filters, condenser, compressors, fan motor etc. with vacuum cleaner and cleaning solution, checkingserviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches, knobs, leakage of gas, etc. andmaking the deep freezer / refrigerator to satisfactory working conditions complete all as specified and as directedNotes: (a) Spares / parts / components replaced will be measured and paid separately under relevant items under supply only rates hereinafter and labour charges for replacement including all allied works shall have deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (b) Necessory brazing, leak testing, vaccumising of condensing coil etcas required shall have deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (c) Cost of lifting, loading / unloading, carting (to & fro) to workshop if required shall have deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. |

| 5 | Supply only PCB circuit board complete suitable for Refrigerator upto 340 ltrs cap of existing make complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L For servicing of Split AC indoor/outdoor unit upto 1.5 TR comprising through cleaning, lubricating of all moving parts, replacement of wornout screws, bolts, rectifying electric wiring, deffects etc to make the unit for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Spares / parts / components replaced will be measured and paid separately under relevant items under supply only rates hereinafter and labour charges for replacement including all allied works shall have deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.
