| 1 | M&L for servicing repair/servicing at site of ceiling fan of any capacity complete incl carrying out lubrication, greasing andto make the ceiling fan noise free and smooth functioing, including replacement of worn out/unserviceable minor spare parts such as split pin,fan body bolts, spring washer, fan rod bolt, capacitor etc assembling theceiling fan and testing to the entire satisfication of user/engineer in charge and refixing the same at site. (Note :- Replacement of Major spares parts except specified above, flexible wire/rewinding of ceiling fan/shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item)Note :- (a) Cost of labour for taking down and refixing of fan after servicing deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item no extra shall be admissible to the contractor (b)Contractor team will report to AGE E/M Sub Div dailly except sunday and holiday at 0900 Hrs to collect ceiling fan complaints. |
