| 2 | NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1:- Rates quoted by the contractorshall be inclusive for the following items :- (a) Contractor shall provide two set of uniform, shoe with name plate,etc (b)The log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installations contractor shall provide log book, Attendance register , plant running record book , and rate quotated by the contractor shall deeed to be included this quotated rate. (c)The site documents such as Log sheet, Attendance etc will be checked daily by JE, Weekly by Engineer in charge & Monthly by GE. (d) All installation and machinery equipement and other items belonging to the E&M installtion including safety shall be responseiblity of manpower employed by the contractor.(e) minor stores required shoulded be provided by the contractor.(f) Major stores required for rectification of complaints will be supplied by contractor as per schedule part- A items. (g) Break down or Shutdown fault creat by HT fault / LT fault on cable line or E&M installation,Fault will be resloved by contractor within 1-2 Hrs at day or Night in presence of E-in charge otherwiseaction will be takenagianst contractor by department and If contractorc is not given any response within one hours of any break down than department will be applied Rs 5000.00 charges every per hours after not respons by the contraactor. (g) Contractor shall provide the all type ofT & P,vehicle,ledder,grass cutting machine and saftey items such as electric proofshooes and hand gloves,body harnese/safetybeltto electricianfor attending & rectification the internal / external electric complaints. (h) The contracror will be responsible for up keep the installations in neat and tidy condition and in a presentable manner . The surrounding of the installations/2pole/4pole structure area with grass/tree cutting as routing basiswill also be maintained neat and clean grasseegation. The qoted rates shall include the up keep of surrounding area the installation out side pherifery up to 06 mtr/ installations grass/ shurb cutting & plantation of seassonal flowers to an area of entire installations and in case the contractor fails to upkeep the the installations , he shall be liable to penalty @ Rs 500 per day for not up keep of the installations.(j) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ Concerner state /Local body , which ever is higher also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees provident Fund (EPF), contribution towards Employees state Insurances corporation (ESIC), contribution of bonus and labour welfare cess (LWC) under respective headings/sub-items . |
