CHAIR DINING (FD 279)Dimension: Overall size shall be 440 mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. Description: All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440mm and the distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front sides and rear rails made to shape out of 30mm x 65mm in section. Two side stiffener in short sides shall be provided of 20mm x 25mm in section. One stiffener of 20mm x 25mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners. Back horizontal rests, two in numbers of 45mm x 15mm made slightly curved in shape out of 45mm x 35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round gola type and woven in Godrej pattern.The cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per ten running metre. Seat shall be 12 thick BWR phenol bounded plywood.Cushion shall be 75mm thick with 40 density per cubic meter with fabric above seat of 12 thick ply. The cushion cover should be of approved make. TABLE DINING SIX PERSON (FD/MAP-IL/03)Dimension: Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high.Description: All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only. Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mm X45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints. SOFA SET 4 SEATER (FD-373)Dimension: Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level.The sofa set to seat four shall consist of four numbers of one seat pieces. Description: All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). Legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. The top of front rail and side rails shall be 300mm from bottom of legs. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support the wooden battens of 50mm x 20mm in section 7 numbers wooden batten shall be provided to the seat of one seat set. Arm rests shall be made to shape out of 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm. Four numbers of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of back rest. 30mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs. 100mm thick seat cushions and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top. Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, width wise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screws. TABLE WRITING (FD-275)Dimension:Overall size shall be 1145 mm long 600mm wide and 760mm high.Description: All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP) except top and right hand side drawer with cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mm x 55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mm x 5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion visible when placed in position. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with exterior grade. Teak wood top rails 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided as shown on drawing. Top of table shall be fixed with 50mm long screws from underside of top rails. 4mm thick teak woodedging shall be provided at round the top edges of the table. Two short stiffeners of teak wood with 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener of teak wood between short stiffeners 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs Sides of box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade. A shelf of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade shall be fixed over teak wood bears of section 25mm x 20mm. Teak wood bearers of section 25mm x 20mm shall be provided between drawer and cabinet towards the front of drawer and cabinet. Teak wood bearers of section 25mmx20mm shall be provided a bottom of drawer so that the drawer shall run smoothly over the bearers sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood BWR grade. The back of box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be of 6mm thick plywood one side teak face with BWR Grade. 25mmx 20mm in section teak wood stopper shall be provided at the back of box for the drawer. 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Front of drawer and shutter shall be of 18mm thick particle board with teak face on one side and other commercial 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the front of drawer and front of shutter of cabinet.Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. All fitting shall be provided to drawer and shutter as per drawing.Locks shall be provided to drawer and shutter. Recessed handle shall be fixed to bottom of legs of table with screws.
