Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Air compresser as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm -11.2 mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with three wheel static roller 80-100 KN capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be follwed by seal coat of Type -C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work.
