Daily maintenance and Operation of the DG Sets, switch gears and other electrical eqpts at pump house and Generator room with one operator (Highly skilled electrician) in each shift of three shift for installation from0600 Hrs to next day 0600 Hrs (in three shifts per day consisting of 08 Hrs per shift) including sunday and holiday to keep continuous electric supply and replacement of all defective spare parts as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge) Note : Term daily operation includes minor maintenance and like adjustment of eqpt , cleaning of batteries terminal, self dynamo and also hourly reading and recording of each plant including servicing minor with replacement of log sheet will be maintained by the contractor in standard performa to make records in consultation with Engr-in-charge (ii) Fuel for or lubricants will be issued under Sch \"B\" storesfree for feeding as required. Spares will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items (iii) Contractor shall ensure availability and use of all safety equipments needed during work.The contractor shall solely be responsible for any accidents due to non adoption of prpoer security measures or due to breach of safety norms (iv) Rates of electrical tools like cutting plier, screw driver, tourch, electrical tester, insulation tape and ladder are included in quoted rate.

Daily maintenance and Operation ofwater pumping and treatment plants with one operator cum technician (Skilled) in each shift of two shift for installation from 0600Hrs to 2200Hrs (in two shifts per day consisting of0800 Hrs per day) including sunday and holiday as specified and directed by the Engineer - in- charge ( Note : term daily operation includes minor maintenance and like adjustment of eqpt, cleaning, insert gland packing and also hourly ready and recording of each plant , log sheet will be maintained by the contractor in standard performa to make record consultation with Engr-in-charge and periodical maint includes back washing of pressure filter/IRP daily or as required including maint of pumping sets (centrifugal/monobloc) like replacement of gland packing, bearing etc replacement of pumping set. Feeding of chemical bleeching and alum etc as per direction of Engr, cleaning of aeration tank storage sumpand overhead storage tank as required treatment& distribution /supply pump house , Contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident due to non adoption of proper security measures or due to breach of safety norms (iv)rates of plumbing tools likeadjustable wrench any size, m-seal, tubes, dies,and other are included in quoted rate.

Disconnecting of the electric connection of unserviceable centrifugal monobloc pump, transporting to work shop for repair, disconnecting the all electric & mechanic connection from pump with electric motor 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s of upto capacity 20 HP of electric motor / submersible pump of any make from the set, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage and size including all other winding materials such as leatherist paper, tapes, sleeves etc, Bush ,\"O\" ring , sand paper , water seal and suitablesize bearingif requiredincluding varnishing, heating, drying and also repair/replacement of spare parts of pump such as bowal bush, gun metal bush, neck ring and testing complete for smooth functioning and satisfied by Engineer-in- Charge & reassembling and re-fixing with true alignment and testingand commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
