Cleaning the basins, Sump pits and top hot water basins of PD-CPP cooling tower ( three cells in PD side only).The scope of work includesremoval of fine particles and rubbish from the hot water basin, removal of algae from the inner side walls and structure of the cooling tower, removal of vegetation from the outer of side walls , removal of mud and slurry from the floor, removal of any other unwanted materials etc. by manual or mechanical means including all charges for labour,rent for tools and tackles etc. to the satisfaction of the officer/Engineer-in-charge. The final removal of the slurry/mud remaining inside the cooling water pumpsump has to done using suitable slurry pumps.

Cleaning the basins, Sump pits and top hot water basins of AC-CPP cooling tower ( one cell in Ammonia Complex side only).The scope of work includesremoval of fine particles and rubbish from the hot water basin, removal of algae from the inner side walls and structure of the cooling tower, removal of vegetation from the outer of side walls , removal of mud and slurry from the floor, removal of any other unwanted materials etc. by manual or mechanical means including all charges for labour,rent for tools and tackles etc. to the satisfaction of the officer/Engineer-in-charge.The final removal of the slurry/mud remaining inside the cooling water pumpsump has to done using suitable slurry pumps.

The scope of the work includes the rental arrangement of slurry pumps for the removal of the final slurry/sediments remaining inside thecooling water pump sump, after cleaning of the cooling tower basin for both the AC CPP and PD CPP towers. All the necessary accessories required for the same has to be ensured by the contractor. Supply connection shall be provided by FACT free of cost.
