Topographic Survey. Topographic Survey with a grid area of 15MX15M, includes all features such as structures (bridges, culverts etc.) utilities, existing roads, electric and telephone installations (both O/H as well as underground), huts, buildings, fencing and trees, oil, water and gas lines etc. using Total Station and develop a drawing in AUTO CAD format using the layering system and Geo referencing including supply of detailed drawings (with DGPS) in appropriate scale in A-2 size complete in all respect. Establish Bench Mark / Reference pillar of size 15 cm X 15 cm X 45 cm shall be cast in RCC of grade M-15 with a nail fixed in the centre of the top surface. The reference pillar shall be embedded in concrete up to a depth of 30 cm with CC M10 (5 cm wide all around). The balance 15 cm above ground shall be painted yellow. The spacing shall be 250m.

Site clearance, labelling and demarcation of land boundary by providing and fixing boundary stone of size 15cmx10cmx120cm (60cm below ground) stone at every 50 m interval & corner of the land and to write the length of the land boundary on corner stones from one corner to another corner by enamel paint.

Capturing data with 60% image overlap and with prior DGCA / statutory permission. These sophisticated tools can deliver high ground sampling distance horizontal & vertical accuracy should be 10 cm & 15 cm respectively.For preparation of plans of built-up areas Upto 5 sq.km.
