Carrying out all temporary, ancillary, auxiliary works and all incidental works required during the execution of valve and spool piece replacement work and to make the system ready for pre -commissioning and commissioning etc. Repair of defects recorded during execution or otherwise including cutting, beveling, welding, radiography, field joint coating etc; as applicable, Final clean-up and restoration of work space / site. Pre-commissioning and providing commissioning assistance to Owner for process piping as required; clean up-and restoration of site, preparation of as built drawings, documents and project records; transportation of surplus Free Issue Material / Dismentelled Material to Owner\"s designated places; completing all works in all respects as per the AFC drawings, specifications, standards, and other provisions of Contract and instruction of OWNER / Consultant. Rate for the same shall be quoted in applicable line items.Providing end cap of suitable material to avoid the ingress of foreign material or moisture content in existing pipline Handing over of all removal materials during replacement work to Owner from work site to Owner\"s designated place(s) including transportation, loading, unloading, handling from site to Owner\"s designated place(s) including arranging all necessary intermediate storage area(s) thereof, as required as defined in Scope of work, specifications, drawings, other provisions of Contract and instructions of Owner / Consultant. It includes supply of all man- power, equipment, consumables, materials at 3 (Three) locations ( i e Hazira ( Surat), Jagadia ( Ankleshwar) and IP_02 Staion Vaghodia (Vadodara) as per the relevant specifications, other provisions of Contract document and instructions of Owner / Consultant.Arranging heavy duty crane for lifting approximately 20 Ton of Valve & actuator assembly along with spool piece to erect / install at site. The telescopic boom working radius of curvature (center to center) will vary from 22-35 meters at different locations. The boom radious at Hazira is around 22 meters, at Jhagadiya is around 22 meter and at Vagodia is around 35 meters. The contractor has to arrange appropriate size heavy duty crane for the erection / installation of the valve assembly. Also heavy duty crane to be arranged for the erection of 22.5 meters 36-inch pipeline spool piece at Hazira. |
