| 13 | M&L for six stage cleaning and sterilization of inner surface of UG Sump of capacity 15000 Gallon installed at pumphouse DGRE RDC Manali near jogini waterfallthrough bacteriological & Ultraviolet ray treatment.Six stages are as under :-(a)First stage is Mechanised De-watering to drain out the remnant water using high capacity de-watering system, after the water has been drained off through valve.(b)Second stage is Sludge Removal,sucking out sludge settled on the floor of the tank using special sludge pumping equipment.(c) Third stage is High Pressure Cleaning, where the walls & ceilings of the tanks are thoroughly cleaned using special high pressure jet cleaners which rid of the walls off depositions, algae and all conrtaminants which cling onto the internal surface of the tank helping the microbiological contamination to grow.(d)Fourth stage is vacuum cleaning using industrial vacuum cleaner to remove the resultant contaminant, making the tank absolutely speck-free.(e)Fifth stage Anti-Bacterial Spray, make the walls & ceilings totally sterile from bacterial contamination using govt. certified anti-bacterial agents.(f)Sixth stage is UV Radiation treatment where final sterilization and disinfection is done using UV radiation by UV radiaotr which is used to kill any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank.Note:-(i)Cleaning of external surfaces, lid wall of the tank, structure for all scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type of vegetaion or any other unwanted matters, scraping of old paint and painting with two coats of cement based water proof apex paint complete all as directed.(ii)A sticker of appropriate size and colour as directedby Engr in Charge and non degradeable material with printed details as under :-Date of Cleaning and Expiry date will be written.(iii) All safety equipments required and necessary insurance for safey of working labour to execute the work is responsibility of the contactor.(iv) Clearing of premises around storage tank of vegetations/scrap/unwanted matters/debris shall be deemed to be included in the quoted price. |
