(a) FGM(Skilled) - 01No (detailed for three Shift)(b) Helper(Un-skilled) - 01 No(detailed for three Shift)(c)Technical Supervisor( Highly Skilled)-01 No(detailed for three Shift) with diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Public health having knowledge on SCADA system on Water Treatment Plant.& Main Pump HouseThe undermentioned plants/machinery to undertaken for supervision and maintaining the parameters.(a) Inlet and outlet pumpsets for suction (raw water) and delivery (clear water)(b) Agitator tank

(c) Chemical dosing pumps(d) Lamina clarifier (e) Clarified water tank(f) Multi grade filter(g) Active carbon filter(h) Control panel, Compressors and SCADA/PLC Panel(j) 200kVA standby DG Set with AMF Panel (k) Centrifugal Pump Sets of Capacity 200/270 KW/HP-08 Nos and 7.5 /10 KW / HP -01 Nos including LT Panels and SCADA System.(l) Operation of Sluice/Butterfly/Pneumatic Valves at Water treatment plant/UG Sumps.(m) Distribution of Water Supply to Agencies/Users/Contractors(n) Fresh water Pumps (to be installed) etc. incl and not limited to.Note for Sl No.1 :- The rate shall be quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the fwg:- (i) Visual Cheking:- (a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of eqpts to be informed to JE E/M otherwise EIC.(ii) Monitoring of Eqpts:- (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on.

(b) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (c) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (d) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approve prior approval of Engr-in-Charge). (e) One mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for commnication and fault rectification. (f) Minor complaints to be attend by the techanician provided by the contractor.(g) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints.(h) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices.(j) Distribution of water to Users /Agencies/Contractors by water meter system at Fresh water & Raw water UG sumps.(k) Maintaing the Register for Water distributions/Water Supply incoming/outgoing all as directed by EIC.(l) lubrication of running mechanical parts by using greasing/oil etc all as directed.(iii) Sch-\"B\" items:(a) The HSD(Diesel) oil required for the DG sets of various capacities at AOB Rambilli will be provided by dept under Sch\"B\" item and contactor shall collect the same for MT stores at DGNP, Visakhapatnam premises with necessary transportation.Timing of shifts:-Ist Shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs)-Supervisor-01, FGM-01 No & Helper-01 No.IInd Shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs)-Supervisor-01, FGM-01 No & Helper-01 No.IIIrd Shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs)-Supervisor-01, FGM-01 No & Helper-01 No.(J) The contractor shall provide Bio-metric attendance machine for attendance of labours / staffs. The payment will be made on Biometric attendance report.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride, complete all as specified & directed. (Makes:- Andhra Sugars, Phinekem pure Chemicals, Steel Man Gases Pvt Ltd, Dutt Chemicals Enterprises or equivalent makes)

Food grade pH enhancer (Makes:- Angel Chemicals, Acuro Organics Ltd, Chembond Water Technologies Ltd or equivalent makes)Note for Sl item No. 02 to 04: (i) The above chemicals shall be supplied by indicating Make, Date of mfg and date of expiry. (ii) The sample approval of the product shall be taken prior to the supply of material from GE.

Supply only Poly alum chlorite.(Makes:- Grasim Chemicals, Gujarat Alkalies, Chemtex, or equivalent makes.Note for Sl item No. 02 to 04: (i) The above chemicals shall be supplied by indicating Make, Date of mfg and date of expiry. (ii) The sample approval of the product shall be taken prior to the supply of material from GE.(iii) The labour for above included in item No.01

Supply only common salt for earth pit complete all as specified & directed.(Makes:-Tata Chemicals, Rashtriya Chemicals and fertilizers (RCF) ,Southernn salt Corporation or or equivalent makes.
