Maintenance of the lawn including watering ,cleaning ,weeding including supply of good earth and manure if needed ,watchup to avoid animal entry,cutting of lawns ,hedge, creeper, ground cover ,shrubs trees and remain responsible for replacement of dead plants shrubs and other casualities complete all as specified and directed for one year till the completion of Ph-I work. |
