There will be four Preventative Maintenance visits per year, at approximately equal intervals or as recommended by Engr-in Charge.(iii) Written Reports - A report will be provided at the end of each inspection with recommendations of necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.(iv) Emergency Service - Includes two breakup/emergency calls between inspections as required for the purpose of diagnosis of trouble, adjustment, minor repair, or resetting of controls. (v) Preventative Maintenance - Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance inspection will include the following:• Check the general operation of the unit.• Log the operating temperatures, pressures, voltages and amperages.• Check the operation of the control circuit.• Check the operation of the motor and starter. |

The contractor shall produce the \"purchase order\" issued to M/s Thermax company/auth service provider for Annual Maintenance.(c) Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to beinclusive of any miscellaneous minor spares such as wires, toggle switch, lugs, nuts, cable gland, connector, thimbles, gland packing etc when required or as ordered by Engr in Charge for smooth and uninterrupted operation of the complete system except spares such as mentioned here in after in relevant items of this schedule.(d) The item rates included scaling, cleaning/washing, overhauling ofevery two month complete all as directed by Engr in Chargefailing which a penalty @ Rs 2000/- per two months will be charged.(e)In case of any major break down the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor to re-start the plant without any additional cost. |
