1	Removal of following existing unserviceable components of various MES DB/FD/TP/MAP furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueing, providing hinges,denting,placing everypart in-tact , as applicable as per drgs.B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE South Meerut including BSO Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
2	TABLE DINING OR\"s STEEL (A/TOP) FD-165(M):- Removing of old unserviceable top from Table dining OR\"s steel and S&F the new top of same size made out of18 thick blockboard duly covered with 0.6mm thick,24 gauge aluminium sheet all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make : Action-tesa/Ecoboard/Archidlam)
3	Welding to broken joints of Table dining OR\"s steelall as directed .
4	S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Table dining OR\"s steelcomplete all as shown on drg and as directed.
5	S & F in replacement 100mm long piece of 25 Sq mm MS tube having wall thickness of 1.6mm including welding to Table dining OR\"s steel complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
6	TABLE BED SIDE STEEL: -(FD-DB)M&L for necessary repairing of Table bed side steel
7	CHAIR VERANDAH (MAP) FD/MAP-II/06, FD/MAP-II/15:- Cutting and removing of old / unsv PVC Sheet from Chair verandah,preparation of surfaces by application of paint remover and grinding machine and applying two coats ofsynthetic enamel white paint after application of one coat of red oxide steel primer and re-canning with cane plastic 04 mm wide of approved quality in Godrej Pattern complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make: Shah/Arihant)

15	FORM WITH BACK & WITHOUT BACK,FD-78 (M) :- M&L for removal of unsv seatof form with back & w/o back in any position, S&F new seat made of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) all as shown on drg,specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

17	Repair, minor work like broken/ losse joints/nut & bolt of Form with & without back
18	CHAIR COMPUTER/REVOLVING(STEEL) (Drg No FD - TP):-Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick plywood (Make :- Greenply/Century/Action Tesa/Archid) commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The tapestry cloth should be 200 GSM or above.
19	Replacement of unserviceable hydrulic system of Chair revolving for the adjustment of height all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20	Replacement of old ,unserviceable/broken wheel base of Chair revolvingall as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21	Removing old/unservicavle twin castor wheel from chair and S & F new twin wheel castorsas per shape and sizecomplete all as specified and directed.
22	Replacement of old unserviceable / broken arm rest with new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant of Chair briefing static base all as directed.
23	RECANNING TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHAIR and Stool (Drg No FD-279, 229, 281)Recanning of wooden chair of different sizes (Eg :- Chair Dining,Chair writing,Chair Easy, etc.) with 2mm wide cane having 3mm wide plastic cane(Make: Shah/Arihant) border in Godrej pattern complete all as per drawing, as specified and as directed

61	Removal of tapestry cloth from existing foam cushion of seat/ back of Sofa set 05 seater and providing new cover of foam cushion (tapesty cloth DCM/ Handloom long cloth) of approved shade of Indian make of 200 GSM duly stitched and fixing the same all as per drawing andas directed.The cover shall be removable duly provided with ZIP/ Velcro as directed by Engr-in-charge (Sample of tapestry cloth shall be approved by the GE).

63	CHAIR CB STEEL WITH AND WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75(M)):- Welding of broken parts of chair steelwith 25mm round MS conduite pipe of 1.6 guage as per existing shape & size andapplying powder coating after pretreatment of steel surfaces by degreasing, derusting, water rinse, phosphating and passivating as per the colour/ shade approved by GE.
64	M&L for removal of unsv seat & back of chair, S&F of seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick BWR plywood (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth irrespective of what is shown on drg. The back shall be of 12 mm thick BWR plywood (ISI marked)(Make :- Greenply/Century/Action Tesa/Archid) fixed to frame with screw and covered with 50 mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs with welding to steel frame etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The Raxine should be 200 GSM or above.)
65	M&L for removal of unsv arm rest of chair and S&F of new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant all as directed by Engr-in-Charge / GE.
66	S&F of each chair have 5x MS flat strip 19x5 mm and provision specified byEngr-in-Charge.
67	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of Chair CB steel all as shown on drg.
