| 1 | Providing services for attending all types of day to day complaints of maintenance, repair, replacement of unserviceable worn out spare parts,charging fresh refrigerant, dismantling, reassembling in respect of all make, work & type of cooling appliances i.e., air conditioners (window type, split type, cassette type and duct able type) , water coolers , desert coolers, refrigerators and voltage stabilizers installed at various labs/locations in Chandigarh and TBRL Range Ramgarhby providing skilled qualified Refrigerator Mechanicwith helper per day alongwith required tools/equipment/machine/test kits/gas filling gauge, gas charging adopter, gas charging valve, drill machine with drill bit, allen key set, ladders, ropes ,clamp metre, brazing rod, butane gas cylinder, tape roll, vacuum pump, suction discharge valve, fasteners, spanner set, copper tube cutter, flaring tool, &other instruments which are required for maintenance, repair and to make the equipment functional and for keeping all equipment in perfectly clean, tidy and functional condition in all times . The complaints record to be maintained on the complaint register & complaint slips complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Cost of spares including refrigerant for charging and rewinding /replacement of condenser fan motors, compressor, blower fan etc if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch\"A\" (ii) 01x refmechanic and 1 x helper to be provided from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs.(iii) Non attending of complaints will be recovered @ Rs 250 per complaint per day.(iv) The vehicles alongwith fuel for attending complaint site(motorcycle etc) provide by contractor.(v) Simple phone (Keypad type without Camera) is to be provided for attending complaints/communication. (vi) One complaint will be considered as one Job after rectification.(vii) Cost of Complaint register, complaint slip shall be incl in quoted rates andwill be provided by contractor without any extra cost. |
| 2 | Material and labour for wet servicing of split AC by highly skilled technician incl both Indoor and outdoor units using water and specialized cleaning agents to thoroughly clean the cooling coils, condenser coils, outside panels, drain and fillet pipes by using pressure jet, jet pump,jackets cover to prevent spills, cleaning foam, blowers, brush cleaning cloths etc complete servicing with additional checks as: (i) Check for Gas Pressure (ii) Check for Power Consumption (iii) Check for level of indoor unit for proper water flow (iv) Check Thermostat (v) Check all electrical connections and tighten them complete all as specified and directed. |
