Rewinding of following size ceiling fan motor including complete removal of existing burnt out winding and rewinding the fan with suitable size super enameled copper wire, reassembling of fan and testing etc as reqd. Removed winding wire shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted. The rate includes cost of winding, and sundry items required for winding, cost of labour & testing, six months guarantee must be given against winding defects.i) 1200/1400 mm sweep

Replacement of ball bearing all size of 1200/1400mm ceiling fans / Exhaust fans/ Wall mounted fans including removing old bearing, fixing suitable size new bearing, greasing, reassembling of fan and testing etc as reqdRemoved bearing shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted.(SKF/NBC/HMT/TATA/ NATCHIMake)

Repair/replacement of shaft of a ceiling fan, complete with filling the material and lathe work complete as required suitable for fixing the existing ball bearing as req. Removed shaft shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted.

Replacement of bush of a ceiling fan including turning/oiling, re-assembling and testing etc as required.

Supply/Replacement of 2.5/3.15 MFD capacitor of a ceiling fan/wall fan/exhaust fan i/c making connection and testing etc as req. Removed capacitor shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted.
