The contractor shall replace the rusted nuts & bolts of the earth electrode, cleaning of EP surrounding area upto two feet distance, measuring of earth pit resistance using the earth megger, watering of earth pits and numbering on covers of earth pits using stencils and enamel paints as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Operation of Indoor Sub-station installed at Amaipakkam Township, on Two Shift basis including logging of various readings, attending to emergency breakdowns, minor maintenance works, maintenance of Power and Lighting Installation, maintenance of Energy Meter Distribution Board located in buildings inside Township and attending to fuse of calls as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Sub-station includes HT and LT switchboards, Transformers, DG Set, feeder pillars, .. The contractor shall ensure presence of at least one electrician possessing valid \"B\" licence Holder/ITI/DEEE/ Experienced and one Manmazdoor in each shift. (1 Set = 1 Electrician + 1 Helper). Contractor has to pay minimum wages to the labour as per the latest CPWD wage sheet for Highly skilled worker & Semi skilled worker for Electrician and Manmazdoor respectively. Monthly labour payment receipt voucher has to be submitted by the contractor. |
