Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of finned tubular heaters designed with extended surface areas (Fins). 1. The system shall comprise of followinga. Duct heaters with a minimum capacity of 1.5 KWX 6 nos = 9 KW, installed inside a rectangular heater box suitable for mounting within the supply air duct. Supply air duct size is (600 x 1200 mm). b. Thermal cut offs (high limit temperature sensors) c. Airflow sensor d. RH sensor e. Required power and control cabling.f. Thyristor control (SCR/ PID controller system for maintaining 40% +/- 5 % RH inside the lab area in all season.2. The system shall be operated as belowa. The heater’s control circuit shall be operated as per position of AHU fan (ON/OFF), ensuring the heater operates only when adequate airflow is present, preventing overheating in the event of fan failure or blocked airflow.b. Provided to maintain the required temperature and relative humidity (40% +/- 5 % RH) in the confined area.c. The system shall be cut off in case of overheating.3. The following are included in the scope of worka. Cutting of the existing GI duct, installing the duct-heater box into the supply air duct line, closing of GI duct with GI sheet and insulation, cabling work from heater box in duct to control panel, power and control circuit all wiring, electrical components etc.b. Cubical type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system. Panel shall be fabricated in compartment form from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work & covers, 3mm thick for gland plates including cleaning & finishing complete with tank process.Minimum powder coating thickness of 80 micrometers in approved shade. Bottom cable entry. The panel shall be as per IS 8623 specifications & having valid CPRI Test Certification minimum 200 A, 50KA for 1 sec. Panel consists of following items/components which is included in scope of agency.a. Incomers: RCBO Four pole 63 A, 300 mA, Din mounted. Quantity 01 no b. Control MCB: SP MCB 6 A, C class. Quantity 01 Noc. Indication : LED Indication lamp for R Y B & Heater On condition. d. Multifunctional meter : 96 x96 mm size, Panel door mounting, Parameters – AC volt, AC current 3 phase, KWH, KW. 3 phase 4 wire system.e. PVC channels for cable / wire dressing. f. Louvers for ventilation. g. Outdoor type design. h. Resin cast Current transformer : 3 nos. 75 / 5, 15 VA, CL:1 CT’s for metering 1 set. i. Humidity controller : Panel door mounted with display showing set andcurrent RH values.Controller includes sensor, instrument cabling from sensor up to outdoor Panel. Humidity controller accuracy of +/- 5%. j. SCR controller for resistive heating load compliances with duct heaters. SCR should work on signal from Humidity controller through PID.
