Providing & replacing of different types of O-rings, K slot ring by using special T&P and skilled labour at pneumatic operating ventile system and driving coupling system all men, material and T&P is to be provided by the contractor.

Supply & fixing of new NRV of compressor as per specification by using special T&P and skilled labour.Above work also include replacement of old defective NRV and check valve.

Supply & fixing of new Safety valve of compressor as per specification by using special T&P and skilled labour.Above work also include replacement of old defective Safety valve.

Providing intake main folds made of aluminium alloy which is it delivers to air from main tank to internal chamber.

Assembling of drives:-

a. Cleaning of all assemblies with proper cleaning solvent.b. Lubricating with micro carbon grease and fixing of O-rings.c. Installation of drives with pole column, auxiliary switches, closing interlocks & magnetic ventiles.d. Fillining of air pressure after installation of above & attending air leakage in pipe lines.
