Supply, replacement, testing and commissioning of the existing compressor assemblies of Unit No. 1, 2 and 3 in the 48 TR capacity L.G. air-cooled chiller plant, each equipped with scroll type compressor (Model: JQC068MAA), DC motor driven, suitable for operation on 3-phase power supply at approximately 540 V including pressure testing of the entire refrigeration circuit with nitrogen gas to check for any leakage, vacuumizing the system using a high-capacity vacuum pump and charging the system with R-410A refrigerant as per OEM specifications including and functional testing shall be carried out to ensure proper and safe operation.

Supply, replacement, testing and commissioning of Inverter PCB board for Unit No 2 and 3 of the 48 TR capacity air-cooled chiller plant, designed for operation with DC inverter type compressor working on 3-phase power supply as per OEM-recommended make and model compatible with the existing compressor drive and main control PCB for energy efficient operation

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fan Control PCB board suitable for the 48 TR capacity L.G. air-cooled chiller plant, designed for operation with DC fan motors under inverter-based variable-speed control, operating on 3-phase power supply as per OEM-recommended make and model compatible with the existing compressor drive and main control PCB for energy efficient operation

Supply and charging R-410 Non-CFC Refrigerant of refrigerant gas in the plant (48 - ton chiller) capacity and plant system. Pressure testing with nitrogen for leakage check. Vacuumizing of system with vacuum pump to remove moisture/ air and gas charging of the plant with required at site.

Supply and installation condensate drain pipe 25mm dia.

Repairing of 15 HP variable frequency Drive (VFD) chiller pump Type 3-phase dismantling the faulty VFD form the panel, complete checking of PCB boards power module (IGBT) control circuits SMPS and driver cards.

Supply, replacement, testing and commissioning (SITC) of IGBT modules, control circuits, SMPS units, and driver cards suitable for the inverter drive assembly of the 48 TR capacity L.G. air-cooled chiller plant equipped with DC inverter-type compressors operating on 3-phase power supply designed for high-frequency switching to regulate compressor motor speed. The work includes all necessary electrical terminations, wiring connections, soldering, tightening of bus bars, and reinstallation of heat sinks and insulating materials as required for thermal and electrical safety.
