Replacing of bottom duct corroded stiffener channels and bracing angles by new after removing existing includes cutting welding.

Fabrication of 4 Nos. roller assembly in complete shape and fixing the roller assembly in the new wheel bogie frame:1) Roller CI IS:210 Grade FG260 ,Ø500mm X150mm- 8 nos

2) Spherical roller bearing 24130- 2Nos ( Make SKF), Oil seal 170mm x200mm x15mm- 4nos, U’ seal-4nos, brass sleeve Ø170mm X Ø150mm X 45mm- 4nos, ‘O’ ring Ø156mm X Ø142mm X Ø7mm-4nos, and other required screws and adhesives including fixing all as per the drawing

3) Bearing retainer flange Ø330mm X Ø171mm X 33.5mm- 16 nos, (As per the drawing).

4) Roller pin dia 158mm x 298mm length of Grade SS To AISI:410 (As per the Drawing).

Labour charges for removing the existing right and left flank side top and bottom wheel bogie assembly set in gate No.5 and fixing the newly fabricated wheel bogie includes the required tools for fixing, hire charges for hydra cranes etc.,

Fabrication of right and left flank top and bottom wheel bogie assembly fixing pin 4 Nos M.S (As per drawing dimension) finished size 175mm dia x 375mm length

Replacement of side guide assembly by new assembly. (1 set consist of 1no.roller of dia 200mm x 105mm width, SS shaft of dia 50mm x 300mm length, Bolt of M24 x 225mm long with 4 nos lock nut, spring 2 Nos and bracket and associated parts complete as per drawing).

Painting (each one coat) with Epoxy primer , Coal tar epoxy paint after cleaning the iron surface with sand blasting.
