The tenderer shall required to upload MOU with OEM otherwise bids shall not be qualify for opening of finance bid, MOU from autorised dealers of OEM shall not be accepted.(iii) In case less than 1.0 Ohm result has not achieved at site, the contractor is responsible to done grid system to achieve the desired result and each earthing shall be measured seperately.(iv) Cost of additional earth continuty conductor which were required for grid connection as per site requirment shall be measured and paid seperately. |

| 10 | S&F of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32mmx6mm copper strip/earth lead, laid in trench, fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joint, complete all as specified and directed. |
