Treating all construction joints, coving/angle fillet: The coving shall be done on all sharp edges and on the terrace surface to avoid water stagnation. The coving of size (50mm X 50mm) should be done by Smart care Repair polymer mixed @5% of weight of cement, in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand across the joints area of slab and parapet wall, bore packing all the pipes are made rough by apply a bond coat with APL Smart Care Multi-Purpose Polymer along the periphery of the pipe and sand sprinkling over, pipes to be placed inside the core cut areas appropriately.
