. M&L Supplying and laying of Precast U-Shape Strom water Drains having in to in dimension _450_mm x __450_mm of top thickness 50_mm and bottom thickness of 70_mm of 2000mm long each from T6 load carrying capacity-4.8Ton axel load and 2.4 T wheel load confirming to BIS/JIS having high performance self-compacting concrete M-40 cylindrical strength / M-50 Grade cube strength and Fe500/Fe550D reinforcement. The product should be manufactured with self compacting concrete in wet-cast method only and dully steam cured for accelerated curing. The product shall have tie shape joint 10-20mm with 25mm depth groove as per BIS/JIS on both side of each storm water drain for jointing two precast storm water drains using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast utility duct must consists of special in-built inlet at appropriate location for fixing de-shackle for mechanical installation, including supply transportation, installation of specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning and filling cement slurry b/w two segmentjointetc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made pre caste High strength precast draine covers with hole, having concrete of strength not less than M-40, size 500 x 550 x 70 (mm), are varied as for site requirement , reinforeced with as per structural requirement TMT Grade Fe 500/550D,all as specified as per direction of eng in charge.Note:-For item ser No 08 & 09 1.Contractor shall submit MoU with precast/prefabircated manufracture to GE as specified and directed.2.Guarantee amount of Rs 25000.00 alongwith letter shall be provided against leakage/seepage of draine for 10 years.3.Including crane or hydra for laying drains4.Sample as installed/laid at sena bhavanand displayed CWE. 5.Once the precast drains are on site (+,-) 5% of Each lot will be subjected to rebound hammer test +compressive testing6.Compressive test Certificate from Original OEM with inhouse NABL accredited lab only, to be submitted with each batch from Authenticity. MOU with Labs and 3rd Party Lab test certificate will not be accepted.
