Cleaning of Boiler in AC-CPP, water wall tubes in furnace area, bank tubes, LTSH, PSH, FSH, economisers, penthouse area, boiler druminside, druminternalsetc.,after providing adequate scaffolding. Cleaning and removal of accumulated soot in the air duct, SCAPH, ID fan casing and flue gas duct upto the chimney and chimney bottom etc., as per the instructionof Plant Manager or hisauthorizedrepresentative. The removed soot should be safely collected insacksand disposedtonon-decayableyard .

Cleaning of both passes of Air Preheater in AC-CPP. The individual tubes are to be cleaned by removing accumulated soot, either by pushing out with flexible hose or usingwaterasperthe instruction of Plant Manager .
