| 3 | Servicing of 630 Amps to 1250 Amp capacity 11KV RMU Panel &VCB Panel,complete with removal from panel board opening/ dismantling the required parts for servicing, checking, cleaning, testing & rectification of defects oiling greasing moving gear assembly and cleaning of Cable Chamber with CR-2-26 spray and cadmium solution, i/c reassembling, re- commissioning in the HT panel, i/c functional test of all relays (Microprocessor based numerical type) by secondaryinjection method associated with the protection circuit of the breaker, submission of test results complete as required. |
| 4 | Servicing of 630A to 2000 A capacity L&T/Schneider Make Air circuit breakers i/c oiling and greasing of mechanism, checking & adjustment of arcing contact (fixed & moving), tripping of ACB through protection release for O/L, S/C, E/F, Checking of ACB wiring i/c replacement if reqd. calibration & testing of protection of relays with kit recommended by OEM of ACB, tightening of bus bar as per scope of work complete with supply of maintenance kit etc. |
| 5 | Servicing of 750/630 KVA Dry type cast resin transformer & OLTCcompletes with cleaning & testing of LV terminal, HV terminal cross flow fans, three leg core, resilient spacers, HV winding, LV winding, insulation testing, cleaning of Auxiliary & contacts etc. as required. Complete with following testing a) Voltage ratio test, Magnetic balance test, Winding resistance test, Polarization index test, Insulation resistance test, Winding temperature index relay test, Calibration & complete with testing of transformer relays complete as required. |

| 7 | Day to Day Round the clock (24 Hours X 7days) Operation & Up-keep of Electrical & Mechanical installation which includes various Substations, DG Sets, Lift, Fire Detection and Fire Fightingsystem, UPS, E.I work,including attending complaints / faults inrespective buildings maintaining complaintregister, log book by deputing the followinggraded manpower who shall be on duty in thecampus during the whole contract period obeying Minimum Wages Act.Tools, Plant, machinery, Stationary, uniform & other miscellaneous item for day to day maintenance, etc will be in the scope of contractor.(Deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the Engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms and conditions)Deputing of following reserve manpower for manning, operation, attending, managing all E & M activities who shall be on duty in the building during the whole contract period.1. Substation operator (Highly skilled)- 3Nos. 2.Electrician (Skilled)- 6 Nos. 3.Firemen (Skilled)- 2 nos.4.Helper (Unskilled)- 4 Nos.Total 15 Nos.
