| 2 | Providing comprehensive architectural, structural and services design of the proposed House Boat structure at Baansera Parks, including complete design of pile foundations, structural steel superstructure, wooden cladding system, plumbing & drainage systems, along with preparation of architectural drawings, structural drawings, fabrication/shop drawings, connection details, load calculations, wind and seismic analysis reports, material specifications, QAP, Bill of Materials, and all engineering documentation. The work includes full compliance with IS 883, IS 399, IS 800, IS 875 (Part 1/2/3), IS 1893, IS 2911, IS 401, IS 1141, IS 1200 and CPWD specifications. All designs (structural, architectural and plumbing systems) shall be vetted by a Government Technical Institute such as IIT/NIT or equivalent. Structural stability certjificate shall be provided by the agency issued by structural consultant and duly vetted by IIT/NIT or equivalent. The contractor must submit the final vetted structural drawings within 30 days of the award of work or before commencement of any structural work, whichever is earlier. Nothing extra shall be paid for vetting, revisions, coordination, printing, or any other incidental work. Complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

Predrilling of pile locations through hard strata/obstructions to the extent necessary for proper driving of timber piles (diameter not exceeding 1.1× pile diameter), including all equipment, labour and disposal of spoil, complete in all respects. Nothing extra shall be paid , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs.4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.) |
