Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of PVC False ceiling of approved design and patteren fixed upto desired height and all complete including all hardware, fixtures & fastenersetc required to complete the work as per the direction of Engineer in charge..

Providing and laying 3 mm thick EPOXY FLOORING (Gloss Finish):Surface preparation – The entire surface shall be thoroughly levelled, cleaned and made dust free, by grinding/scarification. Followed removal of all existing sealants debris and fill all construction joints using epoxy mortar.Primary coating: Apply of primer apcoflor HFP 130 one coat(0.08 kg/sqm). Primary coat is allowed to get track free before application screed.Screed coating (2mm): Apply of screed one coat LSC 3xl(2 kg/sqm). The screed is kept for curing up to 4 to5 hours to get workable strength for next procedure. An intermediate coat (Base coat) is to be applied to avoid any pinholes, waviness etc.Top finish coat (1mm): Apply of top coat SL 1 TC XL (1.7 kg/sqm) which is applied by lamb’s wool roller / roller notched trowel. Dust & dirt has to be removed from the surface before starting the top coat.All complete as instructed by engineer in charge.

Providing EPOXY WALL COATINGSurface preparation – The entire surface shall be thoroughly levelled, cleaned and made dust free, by grinding/scarification. Followed removal of all existing sealants debris and fill all construction joints using epoxy mortar.Primary coating: Apply of wall coating material TC 510 of Two coat. The second coat shall be applied after 4-5 hours of drying. All complete as instructed by engineer in charge.

Providing & applying 75 mm thick coving (1.5 inch up & 1.5 inch down the floor) with primer, silica sand, epoxy finish paints all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Dismantling Vinyl Flooring & Skirting all disposal of unserviceable material all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Replacing of Wooden Shaft cover with Aluminium partition having 5mm thick acrylic sheet of required color fixed in the pattern, having one shutter with locking arrangement, including dismantling of wooden shaft cover, all screws , fittings, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.Size: 1000x300x3300
