| 1 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Prefabricated Modular Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of 20 KLD capacity, based on advanced Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR)integrated with Electro-Bio Reactor (EBR) technology, including all works such as excavation, foundation, erection, interconnection, civil, electrical and structural requirements, complete in all respects to make the system fully functional alongwith one year defect liability period. The scope shall mandotorily include: (i) Two raw sewage pumps (One working + one standby ) of Submersible type, 0.75 HP with SS shaft, head 2–9 m , discharge 15–190 LPM . (ii)Two treated water transfer pumps (One working + one standby) Centrifugal monoblock type, 1.5 HP, discharge 400–2500 LPH ,Head: 6–30 m with brass impeller and CI casing. (iii) Aeration system comprising of twin duty blowers (>=120 LPM air flow, noise < 60 DB) with fine bubble diffusers. (iv) Raw water storage tank and treated water storage tank each of 5000 litres capacity. (v) complete FRP filteration system including multi-grade sand filter and activated carbon filter along with a post carbon filter. (vi) compulsory ozone generator for disinfection along with UV sterlizer of SS body (62 W, 4000 LPH capacity). (vii) Hollow fibre Membrane Modules ( 10 nos., reinforced PVDF, pore size 0.034-0.2 μm, effluent turbidity < 0.3 NTU ) mounted on SS-304 frame. (viii) Modular EBR system of 2 KLD capacity per unit with 5 sqm reaction area. (ix) PLC based microcontroller with 10\" HMI display integrated with IoT-enabled SCADA system for remote monitoring and online access of BOD, COD, TSS, DO, pH and temperature .(x) Integrated automatic control panel with reputed make switchgear, isolation push buttons, auto/manual operation, level controllers and timers. (xi) All interconnecting CPVC piping with valves and accessories.(xii) complete internal cabling, wiring, earthing and lighting arrangement using materials in IP 67/68 grade power control box. (xiii) Protective mild steel frame covering entire plant, with two coats of red oxide primer and synthetic enamel finish, provided with transparent fibre roofing. the system shall be compact, modular , energy-efficient (average 3 KWh ), designed to operate for~20 hours/dayand capable of consistently delivering treated water meeting CPCB/DPCC/NGT standards for horticulture reuse. The plant shall be tested by any IIT in India, listed under GRIHA/IGBC, and approved by CPCB/State Pollution Control Board, with the executing agency assiting in obtaining necessary approvals from DPCC. |
