(n) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (o) Examine the rollers carefully includes greasing them properly. (p) Measurement of winding resistances on both HV and LV sides (q) performing the Magnetic balance test (r) The servicing report of the transformer should be provided mentioning all the recommendations, determining the serviceability of transformer, assesing the further life of the transformer (s) Insulation resistance test (primary to secondary, secondary to earth), Winding resistance measurement, Turns ratio (TTR) test, Thermographic scanning for hotspots, Record all readings, test results, and photographs, Submit maintenance report and recommendations (t) 11 KV VCB Cleaning, servicing, calibration and testing complete, de-carbonisation of all terminals, lubricating the all moving mechanical parts and calibrate according the load after re-fixing at the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
