| 1 | Fabrication of CS pipeline: Making of Isometric drawing, fabrication of CS pipe line as per approved isometric drawing, making edge preparation & fit-up as per code, alignment, root welding by GTAW and subsequent stabilising Welding by SMAW using approved welding procedure by experienced welder, root & final DP test, etc.All consumables like, welding electrodes (E-7018), filler wires (ER-70S2), cutting/grinding wheels, argon, acetylene, oxygen, DP kit, tools & tackles, machines, etc. are in contractor\"s scope.Welder qualification is required. |
| 2 | Erection of CS pipeline: Removal of old lines and Erection of above fabricated CS pipe lines by providing proper supports with channel/angle, provide red fibre sheet, pipe shall be clamp by GI U-clamp, cleaning of pipes & supports, application of one coat of red-oxide primer followed by two coats of CR paint in the pipe & supports (as per colour code followed at HWPT). The primer, paints, thinner, brush, buffing wheels/machine, red-fibre sheet, GI U-clamp of required size, etc. are in contractor\"s scope. |

| 5 | Supply of Gratings: Manufacture, inspection, testing & supply of Hot Dip Galvanised, electric arc welded MS gratings (plain) of size as per the site requirement. The frame bar & load bearing members are of 40mm X 5mm MS flat with spacing of 40mm and Cross bars are of 12mm X 5mm MS flat with spacing of 100 mm. Hot Dip Galvanizing shall be done as per lS 4759-1996. Minimum thickness of galvanizing measured at any point of grating shall not be less than 100 microns. |
| 6 | Replacement of Gratings with supports: Removal of old/ damaged gratings, replacement of bottom supports of the grating/platform with MS channel/beam by SMAW. Cleaning & painting of the support. Consumables like electrodes .(E6013), Gases, cutting/ grinding wheels, Welding/ cutting set, Paint, primer, thinner, etc. shall be under contractor\"s scope. Welder should have the prior experience in SAMW welding. All the consumables shall be brought of reputed brand with the approval of the Engineer-ln-Charge (ElC) only. Department will provide required quantity of structural steel and gratings only. |
| 7 | Arrangement of scaffolding materials like, scaffolding pipes, clamps, planks, rope, etc. Erection & de-erection of scaffolding at required location. |
| 8 | Supply of CS pipefittings, like elbow, tee, reducer, etc. of grade A105 #150 for size up to 2\"NB and of grade A234 Sch.40 for size more than 2\"NB. |
| 9 | Supply of SS pipefittings, like elbow, tee, reducer, etc. of grade A182 Gr. F316 #150 for size up to 2\"NB. |
