| 2 | Dismantling and remove of old M.S balcony, utility safety grills & Providing, supplying and fixing of stainless steel (Grade 304) safety balcony & utility grills with stainless steel fly proof mesh (300 mm projection box pattern grill with Stainless steel plate rain shed at top and also Stainless steel plate at bottom) made of Hollow tubes, round pipes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required shape, size with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge. The size of the steels are to be 3/4\" to 2\" depends on the designs & requirement. The rate includes finishing smooth, required plaster, Putty, cost of all materials, labour, nut, bolt, fitting, fixing, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights.(Approved make: -Jindal, Apollo or equivalent) |

| 4 | SCAFFOLDING- Includes all types of scaffolding as per site area (Suspended, Supported, Aerail, etc) All prices to be inclusive of materials like Bamboo, Tubular, swings, overhanging, etc.All scaffolding components shall conform to the relevant Indian (IS: 2750-1964 & IS 4014-1967) or equivalent. They shall be maintained in good condition. Damaged or deteriorated components shall not be used. The scaffolding should be as required at the site area with all safety aspects. |
