Supply of iron wheel barrows at municipal council phalodi as per the technical specifications given below.1. Tray (internal): Length: 900 mm × Width: 600 mm × Depth: 300 mm.2. Overall length: 1500 mm (including handles)3. Handle length (from tray edge): 600 mm (comfortable two-hand grip) Round or square tube handles welded to frame; add rubber grips for comfort. Consider a raised lip/edge at the tray front to prevent spillage.4. Wheel: Diameter: 400 mm (16 inch) two iron wheels with rubber outer tread5. Frame: MS angle 40×40×4 mm welded frame6. Tray sheet: 16 gauge MS sheet (1.6 mm thickness)7. Anticorrosive paint: To all surfaces8. Axle rod (MS round): 02 no Axle with sealed bearings in hub shall be used with required nuts and washers.Note:A. Tray edges should be folded (hemmed) to avoid sharp edges; provide drainage holes if used for wet waste and coat with anti-corrosive primer.B. All angle joints should be fully welded (butt and fillet welds) and ground smooth where necessary. Use appropriate electrodes and pre-clean surfaces.C.
