| 1 | Design, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 13 passenger (884kg) capacity passenger Machine room less (MRL) lift with regenerative drive as per CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works (Part-III Lift & Escalator) 2003, BIS Codes, NBC 2016 as amended upto date having provision for barrier free access as per Harmonised Guidelines & Standards for Universal Accessibility in India - 2021 of MoHUA, serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed specifications enclosed and as under including all other equipment and accessories complete as required:-1) Capacity of the lift:- 13 Passenger2) Type:- Machine Room Less3) Load:- 884 Kg4) Speed:- 1.5 M/s5) Travel:- Upto 35 Meters (Approx)6) No. of Floors:- G+97) Stops & Openings:- 10 stops (G,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)8) Controller: A.C. variable voltage & variable frequency9) The Lift shall be provided with automatic rescue device with dry maintenance free batteries as required.10) Operation: Microprocessor based single automatic push button/simplex selective collective/duplex collective selective with/without attendant to be provided.11) The lift shall be provided with full Door Infrared door curtain12) Power-415 Volts+10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wires system13) Types of Doors:- Centre Opening sliding doors made of stainless steel 304 scratch proof of 1.5mm thickness honeycomb/moon rock/Hariline finish. Lift car shall have minimum entrance of 900mm. Lift car door shall have a fire resistance rating of 2 hr. to be provided14) Landing doors & Door frame- Power operated-Centre opening sliding doors & Door frame shall be stainless steel 304 scratch proof of 1.5mm thickness, Honeycomb/Moon Rock/Hairline finish. Landing doors shall have a fire resistance of 2 hr. to be provided15) Lift car ceiling:- It shall have LED-Lights and decorative ceiling fans and shall be of stainless steel 304 scartch proof of 1.5mm thickness. Flooring:- 20mm granite flooring. Handrails not less that 600mm long at 900mm above floor level to be 3 sides in the car and mirror on the backside.16) Lift shall have all the features as per accessible India Norms updated till date and shall be Installed in compliance with the norms.17) Lift shall have Braille system push butthons of minimun dimensions of 20mm with height of the letter size 15mm including all facilities for physically challenged persons18) Lift shall have voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the Hoist way as car passes or Stops at floor served by the elevator, panel and signals, lift car, car safety devices as per Is: 14665 and as amended upto date. Note:- 1) Voice announcement shall be operative during operation of ARD also. 2) During ARD operation lights/emergency light and fan shall be in working condition. If required separte inverter should be provided for which nothing extra shall be paid. In case of failure of failure of ARD or other electronic devices, a provision of manual rescue be provided without dependent on the batteries.19) Closed loop Control System, protection against power fluctuation, self diagnostic control, Overload detection and protection along with audio and Visual Indicator, Overspeed Governer, Dot Matrix LED D & P Indicators In Car & Landings, BMS Compatibility, tamper proof infrared curtain covering almost the entire height of the lift car door, Alarm horn, Anti Nuisance Operation, CCTV camera system with 4 MP IP camera, suitable NVR and HDD for 30 days storage backup , Emergency Stop Switch with battery backup for fan and light fitting for 1 hour, pit ladder, Lift shall have fireman switch at ground Floor Lift shall be provided with automatic shut off fan. 20) GI Boxes for control buttons shall be provided at Height of 800 to 1000mm from ground level in all landings21) Lift shall have call buttons at Height of 800 to 1000mm from ground level in all landing. 22) 2 No\"s car Operating panels shall be provided-one on Each side of the car door inside the lift at a height of between 900mm to 1100mm from floor level.23) An appropriate technological support be provided (Through emergency messaging) etc., to respond to the emergency requirements of person with hearing impairment or deafness. 24) Lift shall have 2 way 3 station inter communication system/Telephone sytem.25) All safety precautions, lift numbering, and emergency contact information shall be provided on a permanent, non-removable basis inside the lift car and outside, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The materials used shall be durable, tamper-proof, and suitable for long-term usage.26) Minor building work related to lift installation shall be provided complete as per specifications.27)The OEM agency shall provide one year free comprehensive maintenance with the 12 monthly servicing and attend all types breakdowns without any additional cost. 28) The bidder is required to first dismantle the existing lift and thereafter install new supplied lift and other works as per the instructions of Engineer-In-chagre.29)The dismantling of the existing lift shall be carried out by the bidder, and the dismantled material will be taken by the bidder under the buy-back mode. No additional charges shall be paid for the dismantling of the existing lifts. |

| 24 | Supplying and applying of Nitocote wall guard (fosrac brand) for External walls where the dampness is observed and instructed by Dept. including all materials, labour incidental and operational charges complete etc., for 2 coats on old external walls after applying one priming coat of Nitoprime AW (fosrac brand). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and filling of cracks with Nitoseal PU50 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Procedure to be followed: 1) Surface Preparation: Surface shall be prepared by mechanical grinding to remove all loose mortar, laitance, oil, grease, decayed matter and algae growth.2) Filling of Cracks: Identify cracks on the walls and then chasing them open in the form of “V” groove (Cutting of the crack shall be done of size 10 mm x 10 mm) and Fill the “V “groove with NITOSEAL PU50 properly.3) Priming coat: The prepared surface shall be applied one coat of acrylic primer, Nitoprime AW prior to the application of Nitocote wallgaurd, prime coat should be air cured for 6 hours. 4) Wall gaurd application: Nitocote wall gaurd (Fosroc brand) at a thickness of 110 microns DFT each coat, in two coats. Each coat must be air cured for 6 hours. (GST applied as per DSR-21) Note: The above work has to be done with the help of trained and skilled labour. |
| 25 | Supplying and applying of roofguard (fosrac brand), a single component acrylic polymer modified, elestomeric fiber reinforced waterproofing coating applied in three coats of thickness 1 mm DFT in three coats after applying one priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer (fosrac brand) on the roof, including all materials, labour incidental and operational charges complete etc., .
