| 10 | Installing roof top 4 nos poles structure consisting of the following activities.Lifting/hoisting the materials with rope & pulley arrangement without causing damage to the pole materials as well as the building for installing roof top four nos. pole structure, to roof , at 3rd floor,of the proposed building , consisting ofGI/MS pipes of 76 mm outer diameter and GI/MS ISA 50x50x6 sections, of total weight about 400Kg and installing the four nos. poles with base connected to the base plate embedded in reinforced cement concrete work with anchor bolts ( RCC work will be paid separately).Each leg consists ofMS/GI pipes ofthree metre long and 76 mm outer diameter erected verticallyand all thesepoles should be barced with MS/GI ISA 50x50x6 sections by bolting to the flanges available on the poles with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and spring&pack washers tightening properly, etcas per the approved drawing . Provision of Cable trayusing MS/GI ISA 50x50x6 mm sections connected to the structure with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and washers, working platfor with MS/GI plates etc also should be installed as per the approved drawing issued by the Engineer in Charge. The rate includes cost of nuts, bolts washers andlabour, tool & plantcharges for installing the four nos.poles as per the approved drawings. (The cost of materialsie MS/GI pipes, MS/GI angle and plate sections etc will be paid separately ) |

| 15 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |
