M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-10 bitumen of existing road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick conslidated thick premix densebituminous macadam (DBM grading -II) using paving bitumen (VG-30) 4.5 % by weight of total mixusing Job Mix Formula (Design Mix), spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 4.5 % as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 4.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM grading -II)shall be obtained from the Govt Lab or Govt Engg College prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE. etc complete all as specified and as directed.(iii) Field tests (Bitumen Extraction Test,Core Cutting Test for density & compaction, Temprature control) shall be conducted by GE during execution and records to be maintained.(iv) SDAC shall be laid on the same day over BM without extra tack coat.If SDAC is not laid on the same day,tack coat @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm of bitumen shall be sprayed over BM without any extra cost.

M&L for 30mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix) rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. M&L for providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description by using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135,confirming to MOSRT&H, complete all as specified and as directed . S&F in repairs heat resistance speed breakers ABS plactics of size W 250mm,L 750 mm and height 50 mm having two highly reflective refelctors moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS base plate thrpugh ultrasonic welding process and fixed with bolts on road complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Convex Mirror(with pole of adjustable height) of 1000mm dia with ABS body andfixed in PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations of post / polecomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Metal Tubular Dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
