| 1 | (a) Wall panel/ cladding: M&L for pre fabricated wall paneling made of stainless steel 304grade with 50 to 60mm thick puff insulation with pressure injected of rigid polyurethane foam minimum density 40 kg/cum, sandwiched between inner and outer (front side) stainless steel sheeting having 1.20mm thickness and 0.80mm pre-painted GI on back side. The wall panels to be fixed with C channels/ U channels thread rod and other accessories required for proper fixing with metal grid frame work sufficient enough to withstand the entire wall panelling work, incl making/ cutting necessary opening if any required as per site conditions for fixing switch boards/ gas pipe line/ electrification works and equipment etc.(b) Joints: The individual wall panel shall use the tongue and groove/ suitable technology for minimum number joining two panels with of junctions. No welding shall be allowed, the gaps between wall panels to be filled with metallic epoxy filer and sanded fush giving seamless appearance and finished to fine grain surface to the entire wall paneling. The angular comers to be made with 130o - 140o angular modular element. |
| 2 | (c) Anti Bacterial Paint: The stainless steel wall paneling to be painted with dry film thickness of minimum 300 microns over primer. The paint to be anti-bacterial, anti-microbial & anti-fungal, resistant to UV lights, disinfactants, steams, fumigation agents etc painting to be applied by approved, applicator with air-less spray gun. Color and tint of paint shall be as approved the painting protection and prevention of the growth of mould bacteria and yeasts for 5 years to be given by the manufacturer. The wall panels shall be CE/ UL/ ETL/ FDA/ ISO 13485 certified/ listed. Test report from for stainless steel & properties of paint will be submitted by the contractor at the time of pre-dispatch inspection/ supply, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Wall paneling to be provided flushed with storage cabinet/ space side and size of grid for wall paneling will be fixed accordingly. |
| 3 | M&L for point wiring 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated (FRLS-H) and unsheathed cable and including drawn through existing conduit of casing capping with all fittings and accessories, terminated to existing sunken box/ PVC box with PVC top sheet and providing new laminated sheet as per site requirement of suitable size for housing/mounting the switches/ sockets including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable earth wire connected to common earth dolly for one light/ fanpoint control by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed. |
