| 4 | GROUTING WEBAC 150: Mix the Part A & Part-B solvent free swallable extremely low viscous webac 150 PU grout and pour into the electrically operated high pressure grouting machine, Grout the material into the prefixed non return grouting nozzle until its refusal including cost of all materials, solvent, cost of hire charges of grouting machine and all labour charges, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST). |

| 6 | SURFACE PREPARATION: Labour charges for chipping the spalled and old concrete of the RCC wall, adhering particles using wire brush and making and cleaning RCC wall for the application of repair mortar/micro Concrete complete complying with standard specification including all lead and lift & disposing debrises out of site with all leads and lift with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, curing, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. |
| 7 | FIXING OF SHEAR CONNECTORS: Mark the holes at the required spot. Drill the pilot holes using 10mm. dia. hammer dill bit. Widening the holes using the appropriate drill bit size 14mm. dia. Drilling should be done without much of vibration so as not to disturb adjacent concrete. Make the holes rough for better bonding. Clean the holes with good water. mix the base and hardener of polyester resign LOKSET \"S\" and pour the same to 2/3 of the depth and insert the shear connecting holes. Pack the gap if any. Allow it to set for minimum of 20 minutes without disturbing including Cost of all materials and conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of all labour charges, T&P, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. |
| 8 | ADDTIONAL REINFORCEMENT: Replacement of Corrodedreinforcement and providing additional reinforcement bars inducing cost of steel, cutting, fabrication and fixing in position as per required dia. & length with supply all labour charges, T&P, hire & running charges of welding/ cutting machineries, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | ANTICORROSIVE COATION TO THE BARS: Expose the existing reinforcement bars fully in the repair area and remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits. Steel should be cleaned to a bright conditions paying particular attention to the back of the exposed steel bars. Mechanical scrubbing using wire brush is recommended for this process. Mix the base and hardener of the zinc rich primer and apply over the prepared surface of the existing and additional reinforcement inducing cost of al labours and all materials, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. |
| 10 | EPOXY BONDING AGENT: Clean the concrete surface, remove the loose particle if any. Make sure that the form work is ready for positioning. Mix the base and hardener of the epoxy resin jointing compound and apply the same to the prepared surface with supply of all labour, materials, T&P,excluding cost of GST etc. al complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge |
| 11 | FORM WORK: Supply of slurry tight form work which should not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision should be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring micro concrete. The form work should be coated with the mould released agent prior to final fixing in position. Proper supporting arrangements to the made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length etc. complete with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | APPLICATION OF NON SHRINK HIGH STRENGTH MICRO CONCRETE: Stock the sufficient quantity of non shrink high strength micro concrete and 12mm. downgraded chips on site to enable completion of pouring in a continuous operation. An approved grout/Concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty drill fitted with suitable paddle to be kept ready. Exact quantity of water as recommended by manufacturer should be poured into mixing vessel and add the micro concrete and chipped slowly and mix the same thoroughly in a forced action. The mixed materials should be placed/pumped with the help of positive displacement pump for required thickness of 150mm. to 200mm. immediately to positioned form work continuously without any gap, supply of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, excluding cost of GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
