| 7 | Taking apart 1000mm width, 2X150kW, 6.6kV, double Drive Head unit Complete with Drive Drum, Driven Drum, Gear Box, Motor, Couplings, Bearing Blocks, baseplate, fencing etc., Loop take up structure, lockout arrangement and transportation outside panel(by haulages and manually as required)(excluding supply of materials) of previously installed belt conveyors at panel 7 (for 1 ton)Actual calculation will be done on tonnage, breakup given ((10+2.5+2.56+100.53+0.945) ton) |
| 8 | Unlapping & pulling out of approximately 1400 mtr. (including loop) 1000mm width PVC belting of previously installed belt conveyors at panel 7,8 and salvaging them from this panel in R-VII seam to (72L-71L)/4D in R-VII seam by the help of haulage. |
| 9 | Transportation of 420mtr. 1000mm width PVC belting from dismantled site to extension site of the previously running belt conveyor(8D/59L) with help of haulages & 10mtr manually. |
| 10 | Laying, lapping, jointing & tensioning of this 420mtr. 1000mm width PVC belting in extension site of the previously running belt conveyor(8D/59L). |
| 11 | Transportation of the 1000mm width tail end((0.945) ton) and installation at 58L/8D.(For 1 ton)(As per committee report Sl.no. 2 ECL/GM/JNR/2024-25/303 Dt. 29.08.2024) Final amount will be calculated on tonnage(0.945 for 1000mm tail end) |
