Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of passenger elevator with machine room less and gear less type 20 persons/1360kg capacity,1m/s, with 4 stops and 4 openings with two years warranty as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev 02) -2025 with latest amendments including 5 Years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract.(Rate for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 years after completion of two years warranty period to be quoted separately apart from the rate of elevator).Provision for sending SMS message to minimum 5 pre specified phone numbers for identified unusual occurrences should be available in the controller and to be provided. The elevator shall be with CCTV inside the lift car connecting to security systems through wireless/wifi if any and audio announcement with additional technical parameters for passenger lift circulated by HQ letters dated 14.09.2023 & 09.10.2023 .The lift shall be installed in Channasandra Station building and to be accommodated in already constructed lift well. The bidder shall get himself acquainted with the site condition to know the exact amount of work involved before quoting.
