Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (including taking down) of [eco friendly] long block of diesel engine driven generating set of 500 kVA capacity consisting of engine block, crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, piston and cylinder heads in conformation to engine specification as mentioned belowof make GREAVES COTTON and making all connections complete and testing for smooth running of DG set on load and no load condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Genset Specification:- i) Genset rating- 500 KVA(ii)Genset model- GPWII-PIV-500M(iii)Engine model- basic 12V14(iv) Engine type- Mechanical(v) No. of cylinders- 12/ V-Type(vi) Displacement- 16.8mm(vii) Bore x stroke-115 x 135 mm(viii)compression ratio- 16.8(ix)Controller model- DSE 6120 MKIII(x)Governor type/DG performance class- Elec/G3Note:- (a)cost of dismantling the existing engine and reassembling with new long block alongwith allied accessories must be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (b) cost all the necessary arrangements to be made for transportation, loading and unloading of long block and labour charges involved must be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) old unsv engine block will be taken on charge and will be MES property.
