Supply & Application of water proofing/painting of exterior walls as detailed below – • Surface Preparation must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease etc, and washed well with water• The Surface to be checked for cracks, hollowness and loose plastered areas etc,• If there are any loose plaster, remove that and fill the area using PMM using URP• The cracks upto 5mm to be treated with Dr Fixit Shrinkfree Paste• Apply one coat of Dr Fixit Prime seal mixed with water in a ratio of 2:1• Apply one base coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat WPC. Allow to dry it for 6 hours• Apply one coat of Dr Fixit of Raincoat Select Perpendicular to the Initial CoatDr Fixit Raincoat painting should be done our preferable shade

Centring and scaffolding charges for steel scaffolding with pipes of cup lock scaffold system for side wall straight surfaces including all materials and labour charges for forming and dismantling etc complete for finished item of work
