| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance/Servicing of air conditioners ofWindow type AC 1.0/1.5 Ton capacity installed at various location, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, bearings etc, cleaning the air filter pad, evaporator, condensor coils filter externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective parts all as directed by Engr-In Charge (Comprehensive maintenance also includes dismantling of outer/inner unit carefully of spilit AC/window AC of any capacity repairing and replacing defective components,testing, refixing the AC properly to same place. Note:-(i) Servicing of Both unit shall be carried out by chamically means (iii) MES NO Shall be written on applinacess in Black Bold Latters by the contractor in each items. (iii) Spare parts, gas charging shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant items mentioned below as per the requirement of repair of the installations. |
