Charges for erection of new chilled water pipe line with fittings, Insulation and dismantling the damaged insulated chilled water pipe line and devolution to storesDetails of Wroks to be carried out:1. Dismantling the existing damaged insulation, plastering, wire mesh and damaged pipe of UCB-1, 2 & 3 control room area.2. Erection of the new MS ERW pipeline with required M.S. Bends and reducer.3. Providing the insulation with following steps.a) Applying the liquid Bituminous over the new pipe line.b) Fixing the Thermocole pipe section two halves in the new pipe line. (white colour, 50 mm thick, two halves pipe section)c) Binding the chicken mesh over the thermocole pipe section (GI wire mesh ¾” x 24 SWG)d) Applying the second coat Bituminous over the chicken mesh.e) Plastering the pipe section of 25 mm thicknessf) Wrapping with tarfelt over the plastering pipeg) Applying the bituminous final coat over the Tarfelt.h) Air releasing in the new pie line and commissioning satisfactorily Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
