Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in linear and curvilinear faces made out of 4mm thick Exterior grade ,FR grade aluminium composite (VL-04/VL-29/VL-21, Alstone make) consisting of 3.00 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.50mm thick). The alluminum composite pannel cladding sheetshall be coil coated ,with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluropolymer resin coating of apaproved colour and shade.using stainless steel screws, weather silicone sealant, etc.For purpose of payment only the actual area on the external face of the composite panel claddingshall be measured in Sqm which includes width ofall grooves.(The alluminum frame shall be paid separately).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fastenersto be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 7) Grid frame bellow wall panelling (Hindalco Make)

Providing & fixing12mm thick Louvres/Flutted panel of size 2450 mm X 125 mm of ( Element decor make)and colour(wooden colour) with Royal bond / Fevicol Nail-free Ultra-quick set adhesive over 8mm thick WPC board(Green Endure make) fixed on the wall with necessary screw, etcas per the direction of the EIC.
