| 5 | Note for item no:1 to 4 (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only.The cost of replacement of minor/major spare parts will not be paid seperatly. Old material will be the poperty of contractorand credit included in the rate quoted. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indl like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Principal Employer will not be responsible for the same.(iii)If complaint is not attended by contractorwith in five hour the penality of Rs 1000/ per hourto be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated with pure polyester segments gray structural RAL 7032 shade. The dimension of the shell should be adequated to accommodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all around & shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears/ accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand having zinc coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. INNER SHELL : inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front & back open able single door system lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer/outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made on non hygroscopic, non combustile , track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar.incomer and out going cables. All inter connection between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TN copper bus bas of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves, All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm milti strand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of luas. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3 mm powder coated should be used at bottom. The inner shell shall be of powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. | 111 | Note for item No 63.00(1) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced major/minor spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of contract. Old material will be contractor property.(ii) In case any accident occur of any Indi like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. The work under this contract shall be carried out through authorized dealer/ Technician of M/s VERTIV Energy Private Limited only all as described in schedule \"A\" special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed. |
| 112 | Comprehensive and preventive maintenance The work under above item Ser No 63 shall be carried out through OEM of M/6 VERTIV Energy PVT LTD only all as described in schedule \"A\" special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE/Engineer-in-charge Comprehensive and preventive maintenance shall be carried out by contractor through trained Engineer of M/s VERTIV Ltd only. The MOU will be signed by both the parties (i.e) contractor and OEM on a non judicial stamped paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized. All the Bidders shall upload a letter of \"Intent of MOU\" through OEM ie M/s VERTIV Energy Pvt LTD in Cover-1 regarding the willingness of MoU to be done between Bidder & OEM post acceptance of the Tender. The letter of declaration will AS PER CONTRACT Documents. Failing which Bidders shall be rejected for bid opening of Cover-II.The successful L1 Bidder shall submit MOU as per format within 07 days from date of issue of Work Order No 1, failing which late charges @0.5% OF CA amount per week from date of acceptance shall be imposed on contractor. The contract shall be liable to be cancelled without any notice under condition 54 of IAFW 2249 if MoU not submitted by L1 bidder within 5 week of acceptance. Un occassion to this Performance Security @ 5% shall be forfeited by Department and work may be get executed under other means. Any Condonation of delay will be adjudicated by the Accepting Officer only. No extension will be granted on the part of OEM causing delay in signing the MoU with L1 bidder. |
