| 1 | Major Overhauling of Kirloskar 4R 1040T 72 HP engine by dismantling the whole engine, cleaning all workings parts and replacing all the worn out parts with new genuine Kirloskar parts i/c cylinder assemblies, piston, connecting rod bearing, main bearing, piston rings, inlet & exhaust valve, valve guide, valve seats, valve spring, injector nozzles, lub oil pump aasembly, all pressure pipes, all fuel filter elements, lub oil filters, oil seals, joints, bushes, O ring, coolant temp switch, lub oil pressure switch, water pump assembly, all hoses, copper washer, fan belts, fuel pipes, coolant, lubricant, tappet bearing, starter ring, thermostat element and all small parts if required with reassembling the engine testing for satisfactory performance and commissioning etc. and repairing and replacement of spares of DSM 100/36 kirloskar water pump as per the list of materials attached and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.
