Specification :- Moisture free Vapour Barrier plastic of 6 mm thickness is laid on the floor.Teak wood which is termite treated seasoned acting like runners with width 70-72 mm and height 40-42 mm are placed with box structure. The distance between vertical runners will be range from 13-16 inches and the distance between vertical runners will be in the range from 5 feet to 7 feet. Air shox Cushioning rubber pads ( Button Type) with 18 mm height will be pinned on the underside of the teak wood at distance of 18-20 inches.Fixing of wooden flooring of 1st grade teak of dimension 25 mm thick 90 mm wide, length not less than 600 mm, having four side tongues and grooves and bottom air grooves fixed over 70 mm by 45 mm teak wood batten, having a space 300 mm centre to centre 19 mm cushion pad stapled in the teak wood rafter by using special euipment on 45 degree in tong of each plank nails not be fixed on top of plank and finish by three grit sanding 36/60/120.Two base coat of water based PU and one top coat of PU (Bona/Asian) applid by roller.Gap of 20/30 mm between the wooden flooring and the surrounding wall area will be provided for air circulation in case of any expansion due to envronmental chages.On BWF approved 4.5 mm mat (Yonex, Victor, Enlio) to be laid with painted line markings for single and double court.
Concrete Sub-base Preparation The Cement concrete (1:2:4) B1 Type with 20 mm graded aggregate.Moisture free with floor in level, A slope of 1:100 (For proper drainage).Moisture Barrier (Plastic Sheet) Installation before CC and after CC.
