| 1 | Annual Maintenance of electrically operated lifts Make- Thyssenkrupp (list of lift with block enclosed) with centre opening door, 13 passenger capacity (884 Kgs) for the period of (11 months) with selective control with 2 speed motor serving (Ground +4 upper floor), including upkeeping of lifts and its accessories, electrical and mechanical system, safety device and replacement of defective parts as per Thyssenkrupp manufacturing company AMC conditions at MAP MD Accn in coochbehar including routine periodical i.e weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quaterly, half yearly and yearly all as per Thyssenkrupp manufaturer instructions. Note:(a) Tenderer should visit the site before quoting the contract. (b) The AMC is to be carried out by the authorised rep from make.Thyssenkrupp.(c) All major parts required for maintance/repair shall be measured and paid separetly under respective item of this schedule.(d) The AMC is to be carried out by authorised rep from Make : \"Thyssenkrupp\" lifts.In this regard contractor has to submit MOU to the department alongwith tender documents. |

| 12 | M&L for sub main wiring two run of size 6 sqmm PVC insulated, ISI marked, FRLSH unsheathed, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor with 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor earth wire in PVC casing caping of suitable size (two run of 6 sqmm cable and one of 6.0 sqmm wire and one run of PVC casing capin will be measured as one unit) including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Supply, laying & testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule \"A\"/BOQ. |
